Shipping Policy (Updated September 2025)
At Panama Market, we are committed to ensuring that your orders arrive on time and in perfect condition. We offer different shipping methods depending on your destination, urgency, and budget.
Available Shipping Methods
United States
Due to recent customs regulations, Correo Panamá has temporarily suspended all commercial shipments to the U.S. through the following methods:
- Economy – USPS First Class (18 to 25 business days) – Currently unavailable
- Standard – USPS Express (7 to 15 business days) – Currently unavailable
For now, only DHL Express is available for U.S. orders:
- Express – DHL (5 to 7 business days) – Fast and reliable delivery for urgent orders.
Important Notice for U.S. Orders:
- A 10% customs duty is applied by DHL based on the total amount of your order invoice.
- DHL will also charge a handling fee, usually around $18, at the time of delivery.
- These charges are separate from the shipping fee you pay at Panama Market and must be paid directly to DHL upon delivery.
- Panama Market does not control these fees or collect them in advance.
We understand this is a new process, and we appreciate your patience while Correo Panamá adjusts to these recent U.S. customs changes.
Canada
- Standard – EMS (18 to 25 business days) – Reliable and affordable for non-urgent shipments.
- Express – DHL (3 to 5 business days) – Fast and secure delivery.
At the moment, there are no changes or extra customs duties announced for shipments to Canada.
Europe
Currently, we only ship to Europe via:
- Express – DHL (5 to 7 business days)
No changes have been announced regarding duties or customs fees for European shipments.
International Shipping
We ship internationally, including the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
