🔁 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the agreement reached between the customer and Panama Market.
📦 Refund Eligibility Before Shipment
If your package has not yet left Panama (as confirmed by the tracking information), we offer a 100% refund including shipping costs.
🌍 Packages Lost in Destination Country
If the package arrives in your destination country but is lost by your local courier, we will refund the cost of the items only, not the shipping fee.
⚠️ Damaged or Expired Items
We offer refunds or replacements for products that arrive in poor condition or expired. Affected items will be evaluated and the customer will be compensated via the original payment method, store credit, or replacement products.
⏳ Shipping Time Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate shipping method. We offer both express shipping (approx. 5 days) and standard shipping which may take over 30 days in transit. Shipping time should be considered before placing an order.
🕒 Short Expiration Products
Please be aware that some products may have short shelf lives (e.g., 1 or 2 weeks). It is the customer’s responsibility to verify product suitability before purchase, especially when selecting a slower shipping option.
